Weather images

Those data are taken form anonymous ftp server cumulus.met.ed.ac.uk at the Meteorology Department of Edinburgh University, Scotland. All of the files are updated three times a day at 9:00, 14:00 and 18:30 (local time).

eur.vis.gif, eur.vis.jpg, eur.ir.gif, eur.ir.jpg.: This are MeteoSat gif and jgp files showing infra-red and visible images of Europe.
norden.vis.gif, norden.ir.gif.: Two images of north part of Europe (Poland, Germany, Scandinavia,...)

This North Africa/Europe infra-red image originate from the Department of Meteorology at The University of Edinburgh and it came from cs.nott.ac.uk. It is obtained once an hour and images from last 10 hours are kept:
